Med st\u00f8tte fra de offentlige myndigheder og et \u00f8nske om at vise, at nyt\u00e6nkende h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rkskompetencer kan f\u00f8re til konkrete resultater, blev <strong>Tortue 1<\/strong> til.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bilen er bygget udelukkende af genbrugte dele, og to hollandske statsborgere, Joost Van Onna og fr\u00f8ken Mets, f\u00f8lger projektet p\u00e5 vegne af en NGO.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vi kender endnu hverken bilens topfart eller br\u00e6ndstofforbrug, men den blev bygget p\u00e5 tre m\u00e5neder.
